Chugach Optional Elementary School
A message from Principal Joel Akers
"Welcome to Chugach Optional Elementary, where curiosity, creativity, and joyful learning have flourished since 1973. We invite you to see students taking ownership of their education, embracing challenges, and growing alongside teachers who model lifelong learning. Our vibrant community is strengthened by students, families, staff, and community partners working together. If an opportunity below speaks to you, we would love for you to share your gifts and talents as part of that journey."
